We want to help you give a better level of service for your customer, Once you have five or more customer panels connected to our Power-Manager Server we can give you your very own log in to your customers.

We support you in the set and connection of your system to our server and for the period of the connection using our Power-Manage Server to offer Remote Diagnostics including :-

1- View System Activity
2- Check battery status
3- View event log
4- Pre-configure selected devices and deliver by carrier
5- Identify problems
6- Re-configure devices
7- Technician can be pre-informed and equipped with every thing required for a quick fix.

Powermanage Installer Account Criteria

 Trade Account signs up and they get a technical login if requested for access to our server where they can add their panels to the Alarminstall App.

Upon reaching 25 active connections on our server a server group can be allocated and web login provided for remote access to this as well as the app. This number will be reviewed periodically and if at time of inspection the number has fallen below 25 then the group may be revoked.

Only active connections are classed as a connection.
